Agreement

By using https://conductus.ai or engaging Conductus for Selina or Cortex services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

These are early-stage terms for a product still in active development. We will update them as offerings mature.

Services

Conductus provides AI-assisted communication and productivity tools, including cloud Selina and local Cortex setups. Features, availability, and pricing are discussed when you contact us — we do not guarantee any specific capability at launch.

Full service activation is coordinated with our team after you reach out.

Accounts

• Selina product accounts are governed by that product's own terms when applicable
• You must provide accurate contact information when engaging our team
• We may suspend service for abuse, fraud, or non-payment after activation
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, harassing, or harmful activity
• Attempt to breach security or access systems without authorization
• Resell or misrepresent Conductus services without written permission
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights

Pricing and payment

Pricing is agreed when you contact us, not listed on the public website. Payment terms for activated customers will be documented separately when billing is implemented.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are college founders building in public. Things break. We fix them. We do not promise enterprise-grade uptime or accuracy during the early-stage phase.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONDUCTUS LLC AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid Conductus in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Conductus against claims arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Texas, unless we agree to another forum.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
