We are an early-stage company. This draft reflects our current practices and will be updated as we add integrations (analytics, billing).

• Contact form: Name, email, interest area, and message when you submit our contact form (when enabled).
• Usage data: Page views and conversion events via privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible), when enabled.
• Communications: Information you share on setup calls, SMS, or email with our team.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule setup calls
• Improve the website and measure CTA performance
• Operate Selina and Cortex services for activated customers

Third-party services

We use trusted processors to run the site. Data may be handled by:

• Plausible Analytics — aggregated, cookie-light page analytics
• Railway — website hosting
• Google Workspace APIs — optional user-connected email, calendar, drive, and related features via OAuth (see Google Workspace integration below)

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Contact submissions and communications are retained as long as needed to respond and follow up. You may request deletion by emailing us.

Security

We use HTTPS, form spam protections, and limit what we store on our own infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure — we are honest about our early-stage posture and improve as we grow.

Your choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Use browser tools to limit analytics (we aim for minimal tracking regardless)

Children

Our marketing site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Google Workspace integration (Hermes)

If you connect a Google account to Conductus tooling (for example our Hermes agent), we access Google data only for features you request — such as reading or sending email, managing calendar events, or working with files in Drive, Docs, or Sheets. We use OAuth; we do not ask for your Google password.

Google user data is used only to provide and improve those requested features, not for advertising or sale to third parties. You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account permissions or by asking us at [email protected].

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
