Scope
This policy covers conductus.ai, the company website of Conductus LLC ("Conductus", "we", "us"). It is a short policy because this is a small site: it has no accounts, no login, no payment, and no form.
It does not cover the product. If you use Conductor, the policy that applies to your calls, contacts, calendar and account data is published at your-conductor.com/privacy. That document is the authoritative one for anything the product does.
What this site collects
- Aggregate page analytics. When enabled, we use Plausible, which is cookie free and does not collect personal data or track you across sites. We see counts, not people.
- Standard server logs. Our host records requests, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
- Whatever you email us. If you write to [email protected], we keep the message so we can reply.
There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
Google account access
Connecting a Google account happens inside the product, never on this site. The product requests exactly three OAuth scopes, all optional and all off until you connect them: Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Contacts. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Docs, or Sheets, and we never ask for your Google password.
The full per-scope explanation lives in the product privacy policy at your-conductor.com/privacy. You can revoke access at any time from your product dashboard or from your Google Account permissions page.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized or non-personalized AI models.

We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Email you send us is kept as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we will.

- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of anything we hold about you
- Ask us to stop contacting you
- Block analytics with any content blocker; nothing on this site depends on it
To make a request, email [email protected]. Product account deletion is handled in the product itself.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We will post updates here with a new "last updated" date.
